OLDCODEX to Sing Theme Song for "Free!-the Final Stroke Part 1"; New Single Also Announced!

• OLDCODEX, who previously performed the theme songs for the TV anime series Free! and the movie High Speed! Free! Starting Days, have been chosen again to perform the theme song of Free!-the Final Stroke Part 1. This as yet untitled song will also be released as a single on September 15.
• Free!-the Final Stroke is a movie that serves as the final chapter of the TV anime series Free!, which has been running since 2013. The movie will be divided into two parts, which will be released on September 17, 2021, and April 22, 2022, respectively. Regarding their selection to sing the theme song, the members of OLDCODEX have released the comments below.
