The Creator of "Jujutsu Kaisen" Takes a Break for a Month

- It was announced that Gege Akutami, the creator of "Jujutsu Kaisen" decided to take a break for a month. Accompanying that, the weekly publication of "Jujutsu Kaisen" will be on hiatus for a while after the 29th issue of JUMP (sold on June 21).
- Gege Akutami issued a comment saying that he hesitated to stop the weekly serialization, but he didn't want to impose a burden on his staff by being behind schedule any more. He also said he is not seriously ill and he will make a great effort as if he were starting a new serialization after he recovers from the illness.
- The JUMP staff tweeted there is more and more dramatic and unexpected development coming in "Jujutsu" so stay tuned for when "Jujutsu" restarts!
