    Psychological Horror Manga "Alice in Borderland" Live-Action Adaptation Coming to Netflix!

    • Netflix Japan recently made a video announcement that the live-action adapatation of Haro Aso's Imawa no Kuni no Alice (Alice in Borderland) will begin streaming on December 10th.
    • In Alice in Borderland, Ryouhei Arisu (pronounced like "Alice" in Japanese) decides to hang out with his delinquent friends for a night out in the town when suddenly, the sky is lit up by bright fireworks. Next thing Ryouhei and his friends know, they're trapped in a different world and forced to fight and compete for their survival while trying to find a way back home.
    • The Alice in Borderland manga ran from 2010 to 2016 along with a couple of spinoff series; Alice in Borderland: Chi no Kyokuchi - Daiya no King-hen from 2014 to 2015 and Imawa no Michi no Alice from 2015 to 2018.
    • There is no anime adaptation other than the OVAs that shipped with volumes 12, 13, and 14 of the 18-book compilation.
