• "Yakunara magcup mo"—a free comic originated in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture about a high school girl who loves pottery—was announced to become a TV anime!
• Along with this announcement, the key visuals were released, as wellas the main voice cast of Mimi Tanaka, Yu Serizawa, Yuki Wakai, and Rina Honzumi.
• Yakunara Mug Cup mo (Let's Make a Mug Too) is a youth story in which four female high school students are absorbed in the world of pottery. The anime is set in Tajimi City, a town in the southeastern part of Gifu Prefecture, which is known as one of the production centers of the traditional craft "Mino ware." "Yaku Nara Mug Cup" depicts the bright and fun life of these four pottery-loving high school girls in what seems like a lively slice of life anime with cute girls doing cute things.
• The original free comic was published by the local IT company Planet since 2012 as a part of the project to revitalize the town started by volunteers and companies in Tajimi city in 2010. And now it will have a full-fledged anime!
• It is said that there will be live-action parts as well so stay tuned for the latest information as it is released!!
